BOOKING WITH US? HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FIRST

To reserve space, you must first sign Neighborhood Empowerment's Community Partner agreement and submit a non-refundable deposit.

• The deposit secures your date and is applied to the final balance. Deposit amounts varies based on the package.

Full payment is due 14 days before the reservation date.

• If full payment is not received by the due date, the reservation may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

A security deposit of $250 may be required and will be refunded within 3 business days after the event, pending inspection for damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.

• If applicable, security deposit amount is listed within each package description.

The reservation period includes only the hours agreed upon in the contract.

• Additional setup, breakdown, or overtime use must be pre-approved by Faith Gardens and will incur additional fees.

Certain equipment, decorations, or specialty services may be available at an additional cost. Clients are responsible for returning all rented items in the condition they were received.

Neighborhood Empowerment Initiative and Faith Gardens reserves the right to refuse reservations that do not align with our policies or values.

Client-Initiated cancellation requests must be submitted via email to faithgardenscce@gmail.com.

• More than 30 days before the event: Eligible for a full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• 14 - 30 days before the event: 50% of the total rental fee will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
• Less than 14 days before the event: No refunds will be issued.

Venue-Initiated Cancellations will be communicated via email and phone to the client.

• If we must cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue maintenance issues, emergencies), you will receive a full refund of the rental fee or the option to reschedule.
• If cancellation is due to a force majeure event (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), rental fee refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and rescheduling may be prioritized.

Neighborhood Empowerment Initiative and Faith Gardens reserves the right to refuse reservations that do not align with our policies or values.

Reschedule Policy:

• Clients may request to reschedule at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of 10% of the total rental fee will apply.
• Only one reschedule is allowed per booking. If the rebooking needs to be changed, client will forfeit previously paid rental fees. Client will not incur an additional security deposit.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method. Banking procedures may require additional time before you receive the funds.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused hours.
• If additional services such as catering, rentals, or vendor fees are supplied by Faith Gardens, they may have separate refund policies. These will be outlined in your service agreement.
• Security deposits will be refunded only if there are no damages to the building and its contents, no excessive trash or debris, and no overtime use are reported after your event.

Clients are responsible for any damage to the venue, furnishings, or equipment during their rental period. 

Costs for damages or deep cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit, and additional fees may apply.

Clients are responsible for adherence to the rental agreement.

• Faith Gardens reserve the right to end any event early if policies are violated, including but not limited to excessive noise, illegal activities, smoking or breach of contract terms. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Clients must adhere to the Faith Garden’s maximum capacity and all local regulations. Failure to do so will result in

cancellation without refund.

If an event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control (e.g., extreme weather, power outages), Faith Gardens will work with the client to reschedule. Refunds will be issued at our discretion.
