To reserve space, you must first sign Neighborhood Empowerment's Community Partner agreement and submit a non-refundable deposit.
Full payment is due 14 days before the reservation date.
A security deposit of $250 may be required and will be refunded within 3 business days after the event, pending inspection for damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.
The reservation period includes only the hours agreed upon in the contract.
Certain equipment, decorations, or specialty services may be available at an additional cost. Clients are responsible for returning all rented items in the condition they were received.
Neighborhood Empowerment Initiative and Faith Gardens reserves the right to refuse reservations that do not align with our policies or values.
Client-Initiated cancellation requests must be submitted via email to faithgardenscce@gmail.com.
Venue-Initiated Cancellations will be communicated via email and phone to the client.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method. Banking procedures may require additional time before you receive the funds.

Clients are responsible for any damage to the venue, furnishings, or equipment during their rental period.
Costs for damages or deep cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit, and additional fees may apply.
Clients are responsible for adherence to the rental agreement.
Clients must adhere to the Faith Garden’s maximum capacity and all local regulations. Failure to do so will result in
cancellation without refund.
If an event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control (e.g., extreme weather, power outages), Faith Gardens will work with the client to reschedule. Refunds will be issued at our discretion.
