In partnership with Neighborhood Empowerment Initiative, we welcome a variety of events including block club and community gatherings, engagement parties, weddings, receptions, baby showers, birthday parties, milestone celebrations, vendor pop-up shops, community classes and workshops, and local city officials' meetings. 

Faith Gardens can host up to 125 guests comfortably.

While we do not have a strict deadline for booking, we highly recommend securing your date as early as possible to ensure availability. You are welcome to bring your own vendors.

 Yes—events must comply with local noise regulations. Excessive noise or complaints from the community may result in event cancellation without notice or refund.  Be sure to review our full booking, cancellation, and refund policies before finalizing your reservation.

 Yes! We offer free onsite parking as well as street parking.

Yes, Faith Gardens is fully wheelchair accessible.

Since Neighborhood Empowerment Initiative does not have a liquor license, alcohol is only permitted when served by a licensed mobile bartender with proper permits. Proof of licensing and insurance must be submitted prior to the event. Be sure to review our full booking, cancellation, and refund policies before finalizing your reservation.

• More than 30 days before the event: Eligible for a full refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
• 14 - 30 days before the event: 50% refund of the total rental fee (excluding the deposit).
• Less than 14 days before the event: No refunds will be issued.

If we must cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue maintenance issues, emergencies), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Force Majeure Events:
In cases such as natural disasters or government restrictions, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with rescheduling prioritized.

• Clients may request to reschedule at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability.
• A 10% rescheduling fee applies.
• Only one reschedule is allowed per booking. If a second rebooking is needed, the client will forfeit previously paid rental fees.
